- Graduated Columbia Engineering School (NYC) '61.
- Started a business in 1966 which was sold to United Technologies 2006.    
- Lived in Florida for 20 years before moving to NC to get married to Jean Benfield.
- Hobbies: gardening, internet, and golf.

Jack Westall, Clerk
- Born in Asheville, NC
- Attended Asheville Public Schools
- Graduated UNC Chapel Hill 1966 with BA degree
- Graduated UNC Chapel Hill School of Law 1968 with JD degree
- US Army 1968 – 1969
- Began private practice of law in 1969 in Asheville
- Married to Mary Jane Dillingham Westall for 40 years (three children)
- Presently engaged in practice of law with Westall, Gray, Connolly & Davis, PA maintaining offices in Asheville, NC

- Joined the USMC 1945 and discharged November 11, 1946. (served in China for 12 months). 
- Graduated from Florida State University in 1951 and was drafted into the United States Airforce SAC. Served for two years.
- Married in 1952  - had five children (three girls & two boys)
- Joined IBM in 1954 and retired in 1970.
- Joined Tom James Co. in 1970 and retired in 2008.
- 2nd marriage in 1976 to Elizabeth (Bettye) Trousdale who has a girl & two boys .
- Reside in Flat Rock, NC

Linda Gill
- Linda was born in Knoxville, TN and has lived in High Point since her marriage to Jim in 1971.
- Linda has served on the vestry for the past year.
- She and her husband, Jim, both contractors, have given assistance in overseeing some of the renovations of the church. Currently, they live in Little Switzerland and High Point with plans to move to Weaverville.
- They have a married daughter in Asheville with two children and a married son in Greenville, NC.
- Experienced in furniture industry sales, marketing, and management, Linda also is a former ladies retail storeowner, school teacher (French & English) and community volunteer.
